Equal Access to Capital
We believe that entrepreneurs should have equal access to capital, yet here we are, where only 1% of all investments in Sweden goes to female founded companies 1. By creating an investment company, we strive to be part of the solution. Together we can change the rules and empower women and non-binary from two angles. Our prerogative is to invest in and support female founders to build and grow successful businesses while also financially empowering women to own, earn and invest more.

What We Offer
The tickets we invest will in most cases be around 200-500 kSEK. In addition to monetary investments, we also provide experienced mentorship and advisors to all of the companies we invest in. As we are 50+ driven investors in RadCap, we can guarantee that we will be able to match you with the right competence your startup needs.
What We Are Looking For
As our mission is to bridge the funding gap, we require at least 50% of the company to be owned by women & non-binary. Besides this, we are industry-agnostic when looking for companies to invest into and we look for the following core features;

How Does it Work?
Our process consist of 4 main steps.
You have a rad idea, but need some capital to make it happen or maybe you already started your business but need some help to grow?
Send over your pitch deck to RadCap and we will contact you shortly to hear more about you and your idea.
If we believe we are a good match for each other, we will invest into your company. In most cases our tickets will be around 250-500 kSEK.
Once the investment has be done, RadCap will support you with mentorship & advisory to help you successfully grow your business.
