Our Vision
Equal Access to Capital
We believe that entrepreneurs should have equal access to capital, yet here we are, where only 1% of all investments in Sweden goes to female founded companies. By creating an investment company, we strive to be part of the solution. Together we can change the rules and empower women and non-binary from two angles. Our prerogative is to invest in and support female founders to build and grow successful businesses while also financially empowering women to own, earn and invest more.
What We Offer
At RadCap, we don't just provide monetary investments; what sets us apart is our incredible community of 81 female investors from various backgrounds. We offer expert mentorship, advisory support, and open doors for all our portfolio companies. The tickets we invest will in most cases be around 250-500 kSEK.
What We Are Looking For
As our mission is to bridge the funding gap, we require at least 50% of the company to be owned by women & non-binary people. Besides this, we are industry-agnostic when looking for companies to invest into and we look for the following core features;

How Does It Work?
Our process is designed to be straightforward and supportive, with five main steps:

Submit Your Pitch
We’d love to hear from you. Simply fill out our Typeform, answer a few simple questions, and upload your pitch.

Initial Conversation
If we think there’s a good fit, we’ll reach out to schedule a meeting to learn more about you and your vision
03
Due Diligence
If we’re all excited to move forward, two of our Angels will become your investment managers and begin a thorough but collaborative due diligence process, which usually takes around 6+ weeks.
04
Investment Committee
The investment managers will present your case to our Investment Committee, where you'll be invited to share your passion and answer their questions. If the committee agrees to move forward, our board will handle the final paperwork to make everything official.

Ongoing Support
Once you’re part of the RadCap family, you’ll get to choose one main contact person who will help you make use of RadCap’s collective experience.

Our community of 81 incredible female investors is as diverse as it is powerful, representing 18 nationalities and spanning generations from 1952 to 1994. We bring global insights and expertise from fields like technology, healthcare, media, and sustainability, and we’ve worked across roles in innovation, finance, IT, HR, and marketing.
